Beautiful 4 Bed 3 Bath-Kailua-Endless Summer As you enter into the home you walk into the living/family room, then straight ahead is the sliding door that leads to the outdoor pool area. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a den with a bed. Kailua Beach is a 2 in walk down the street. Just installed Split unit Air Conditioning for all rooms/area! There are exterior cameras on the property for security and safety reasons if you would like camera above pool covered please let us know and we will take care of that. Cameras are also turned off during rental stays and turned back on when houses are empty. . after the 6th guest there is a extra person fee of $100 per night per-person.
