This paired residence is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, with personal driveway and secured motor courtyard. A tiled entry leads to a carpeted step-down living area. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, a pool awaits. The convenient wet bar is only steps away from sunset cocktails on the spacious lanai. Close attention has given to the use of ceramic tile and Hawaiian Koa wood. The skylighted kitchen features fine cabinetry. Living and dining areas are designed to command views of the Kohala Coast or the blue Pacific ocean.
