Guests have access to the renowned Hali'i Kai amenity center, a gorgeous oceanfront amenity center with pools, spas, an exercise facility, a restaurant and bar with full wait service. The private master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the third room has queen size / double bunk bed. 19H is located on the ground floor in the Coconut Grove just steps from the tennis court and basketball court. Keep up your fitness routine with workouts in the oceanfront open-air Workout Hale (watch the wales jumping from your treadmill!). Whether you are seeking an adventurous vacation or a low-key escape, Hali'i Kai 19H is a versatile vacation property that checks all the boxes and is one of the best values for a 3-bedroom rental on the Kohala Coast.The Hali'i Kai Association collects a resort fee of $25.00 in 2024 plus tax, per day for each reservation (not per person), with a maximum amount of $500 + tax per stay (rates subject to change without notice). The resort fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes two electronic entry gate key cards and parking pass. Guest are required to register and pay the resort fee directly to the Front Desk at Hali'i Kai upon arrival. Hali'i Kai also requires a credit card to be kept on file with a $100 authorization hold placed on the card for loss or unreturned gate cards.
