If golf is on the agenda, you'll be half a mile west of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and one mile south of the Mauna Lani Golf Course and the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Courses. Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops are both just a quarter-mile away, and you can even swim with the dolphins at the Hilton Waikoloa one mile away. THINGS TO KNOWIrrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July. This rental is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
