A Welcome Guide will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival with Directions, Door code, ect.The room is a cozy studio attached to the home with its own private coded entrance. It has a King Size bed, Bathroom, Microwave,Toaster, Coffee maker and refrigerator. It also includes cable TV and WiFi for your convenience. The carport is for your use during your stay. Please be aware of backing out from carport. WE NO LONGER ALLOW TRUCKS, VANS, JEEP WRANGLERS OR ANY OTHER LARGE VEHICLES ON PROPERTY. NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a two acre, private tropical garden with two teahouses, one overlooking a Koi Pond for your enjoyment. We are one mile from the Volcano National Park.The unit is only for adults age 25 and up. No smoking . $250.00 fee if smoking has occurredNo drugs of any kind. Doing so will result in vacate order and police called .Do not bring outside guests onto property or into unit without prior permissionOtherwise, we hope you enjoy the studio and the private garden.
