Located just a few minutes away from some of the best beaches, shopping and restaurants Kona has to offer.The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV with a Roku player to access your personal streaming services. The portable AC and ceiling fan work together to provide comfortable conditions to get a good night's sleep. We've recently added a pair of nightstands with bed-side lamps for your convenience. Relax on the big comfortable couch after a long day on the beach. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. Please note: the television in the living room has been replaced with a larger one since the pictures were taken. Temperature control in this room is done by way of the window unit AC and ceiling fan.The unit is equipped with a private lanai with enough seating for 4. Enjoy a mai tai while you take in the tropical night air.As a guest at Kailua Bay Resort, you'll have access to the complex's pool and barbecue facilities. The unit has one assigned parking stall.We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.
