You will be less than 1 mile away from the ocean and walking distance to shopping, dining, groceries stores, bowling, and gyms.The spaceStart your morning sipping coffee on the private lanai with a peek-a-boo ocean view.LIVING AREAEveryone can join in the conversation while in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. More than enough seating inside or on the lanai to enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. On nights that you feel like staying in, relax on the sofa and stream your favorite show on the 55” tv. The living room also has a memory foam queen size pullout bed. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal with a starter supply of spices and oils. Don't worry about the clean up as the kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and dishwasher pods. If you feel like barbecuing, there are also gas grills by the pool.The bedroom is furnished with a memory foam queen size bed, window ac, 50” smart tv, and a dedicated workspace. Pack n Play is in the bedroom as well if needed.In-Unit washer and dryer as well as a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets.Beach towels, chairs, a beach mat, cooler bag, goggles, and a beach bag to enjoy a day at the pool or one of the island's beautiful beaches.Guest accessThe entire condo is available for use as well as the community pool and spa. It is a short walk to the pool area. If you prefer to drive or have difficulty walking, there is also guest parking available directly in front of the pool gate.Other things to note-Condo is on the 1st floor but there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available.-AIR CONDITIONING: At this time there is only 1 window AC available in the bedroom. The living room only has a ceiling fan as well as a stand alone fan.-PARKING: There is 1 assigned parking for a vehicle.-There are 2 smart TVs in the property but no cable.
