Union Count STR License 033628.This home is located in an upscale community of eco-chic modern mountain retreats called The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve. Community amenities include a fire pit, picnic pavilion, and community walking trail. Convenient access to Blairsville and Murphy for all of your needs like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Up to 2 dogs are welcome on the property. Owners are responsible for the dog's behavior and will be assessed for any damages. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the house.Additional rules- After booking an email will be sent with digital links to information that must be provided in order to stay at Level Up. Failure to provide this information within 48 hours of check in will result in cancellation of booking and forfeiture of any booking feesPre-Arrival FormAgreement to the Rental Conditions •Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 people. Violators will be immediately evicted from the property with no refunds.• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.• NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. All guests must comply with Union County noise ordinance sent to them in advance and posted in the home.•This home is equipped with video surveillance on the outside of the home. Located at front door, backyard and driveway. The interior does NOT have video surveillance, but does have motion sensors to detect intruders when the home is vacant.
