This home sleeps 6 with 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full bed. Just bring your toothbrush.Tastefully updated in January 2022 with quartz counter-tops, laminate floors, fresh paint throughout and all new linens and mattresses. Super clean home with everything you would expect at your own home. Prepare meals in the large kitchen with 4 seat bar. The kitchen comes completely equipped with small appliances, cookware, every tool you could ask for, paper products, spices and coffee. Snuggle up to the fireplace in the family room on the brand new furniture or enjoy your coffee out on the large covered, screened-in rear patio with 1/2 bath and wet bar while you gaze out at the beautiful bamboo. Then get your work done in the large fully furnished office with another beautiful view out the front windows. Also a hutch in the living room is provided as an optional workspace. Stay cool under the new remote controlled ceiling fans provided in every room. Catch a game on the 70" Smart HDTV in the family room or on one of the 2 Smart HDTV's in the bedrooms with Roku and High Speed WiFi. The master bedroom is large with tasteful furniture and includes 2 walk-in closets and access out to the rear patio through the sliding glass door. Enjoy the oversized master bath with double vanity, makeup station, walk-in shower and garden tub. Appreciate the in-house laundry room and enjoy the convenience of the 2-1/2 car garage with automatic door opener. Also the driveway has ample parking for 4 cars. Oh and the garage even has a plug-in to charge your Tesla or RV and an air compressor is provided! Large fully fenced back yard (wooden privacy). Beautiful huge live oak shade tree with cozy wooden swing hanging on it with a beautiful view across the road. Simple keyless entry for easy check in and check out. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc...Cul-de-sac home (located at the end so minimal traffic).
