Located at an elevation of 3,100 ft, near the border of Black Rock Mountain State Park. Fill your days exploring, fishing, shopping, or relaxing while taking in the rolling long-range view into NC from the 1,000 sq ft deck and porch swing. You are within walking distance of the hiking trails of Black Rock Mountain State Park, just a few minutes car ride from Black Rock Lake for fishing, and 10 mins from downtown Clayton shopping. Take a day trip to Smokey Mountain National Park, explore nearby waterfalls, challenge yourself with some whitewater rafting, or take in some scenery while zip lining. Fully fenced and pet friendly property for your four legged family members so they can enjoy themselves as well. The main house features 3 beds (2 queens upstairs, 1 king downstairs)/2 full baths, and a large rustic two-sided stone fireplace heated by cast iron pellet stoves (winter use only). The guest house features an entertainment area downstairs with small kitchen area and large spacious bedroom with queen mattress upstairs that has balcony with view. Easy access via paved/maintained roadways and large driveway area for parking. Cable, internet, and phone also provided.
