The dining area is off the kitchen and features a fun, upscale dining table, perfect for conversation (seating for 6)- Living Space -Continue thru home to an impressive yet cozy living room, featuring a double-height ceiling, stone fireplace, TV, and beautiful views of the forest outside. It is an inviting spot to gather. A large outdoor deck off the living room is a perfect place for grilling and enjoying nature (screened room or open). You will feel truly at home and at peace for your quiet getaway to Big Canoe! The terrace level also features a second living room for entertaining with a pool table, TV and family games. Outside, a flagstone porch with a swing day bed is the quiet place to relax- Beds & Bathrooms -This beautiful 3 1/2 bath home boasts stunning views of the forest throughout. On the main level, the stylish primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, TV and lovely screened porch sitting area. Upstairs a second master also has an attached bathroom and a private balcony with views. On the terrace level are two additional bedrooms (king and full/full). King bedroom has a TV and the hall bathroom is attached. Queen Bed3: King Bed4: Double Bed5: Double BedTHE AREA:Big Canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains just north of Atlanta, offering over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey. With seven mountains and five lakes, the community has a beautiful backdrop for its three championship golf courses, fourteen tennis courts, three swimming pools (one Big indoor), swimming lake (with beach, paddle boats, canoes, & paddle boards), stunning mountain lake (with marina, fishing & rental pontoon boats) and first class wellness center and basketball court. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly for each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the home or the community. You can reach us through your booking conversation thread, or you can speak to our 24/7 Guest Experience Department.OCCUPANCY:This unit allows 8 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES:We have 3 golf courses, 5 lakes, hiking trails, a wellness center, yoga, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, saline whirlpool, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce courts, Jeep Trail, dog park, beach, water slide.PARKING:Parking for several vehicles is available in front of the home.**CLEANING PROTOCOLS** A housekeeping fee will be included on all reservations. This fee will vary in price based on the size of the property. The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Please inspect it at check in and call housekeeping at in the event something is unsatisfactory. As we will send housekeeping back to the property to re-clean the reported areas, no refunds will be given for housekeeping issues. There is no fee within the first 24 hours to return and address the issue. All cleaning is done by professionals who use advanced cleaning practices and disinfectants. We maintain excellent cleaning standards and pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests, with photos of each room to ensure clean is up to highest standards. We fight fabricated claims for discounts with our extensive documentation on the house and post names to web for the protection of other hosts. :-) This beautiful home is not pet friendly. :-)FIREPLACE:This home has a gas fireplace controlled by a knob, see Guestbook for instructions.COFFEEMAKERS:This home has both a Keurig and french press coffee maker.GATHERINGS:We know you are coming to Big Canoe to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party" policy.QUIET HOURS:Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.SMOKING:Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.MINIMUM AGE:Guests named on the reservation must be 30 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 30 or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.CANCELLATIONS:Cancellation charges are as follows: rental payments are fully refundable until 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date (less credit card fees). If 8-13 days prior to the reservation, 1/2 the total rent and tax can be refunded. Less than 7 days: cleaning and pet fees can be refunded. We will do our best to work with each guest. We have many repeat guests so we try to take care of each and every one.HOST:Making Memories || This home is professionally managed by an extensive team. :)We are locally owned and operated - and work exclusively in Big Canoe. We can’t wait to host you and your guests! :)We will come to the home if a guest has an issue, to correct - we insist! We prepare, clean and inspect each home with detailed lists, records, pictures and pride. We care about our guests and houses! :) :)CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am.
