Lakeside Condo near a Greenway The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Lake Johnson, one of Raleigh's most beautiful park areas. There is a 6 mile scenic walking/biking trail around the lake, as well as a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, peddle boats and more. Downtown Raleigh, PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, NC Fairgrounds is only a 10 minute drive away! NC State campus is 3 miles away. You are literally in the middle of Cary and Raleigh with access to shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown, etc.The apartment is located on the second floor on the left side of the building (enter via C1 door) and has one bedroom (queen sized bed) with a full private bath.Living room has two comfortable couches and Smart TV(you will be able to use own credentials to access Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc ). Guests are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, that you can find in the coat closet.
