This single family house stands alone right off of Houston lake road, so enjoy privacy with no directly neighboring properties.No more keys! Space is accessible through keyless entry (August smart locks). Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival. All transit in Perry is via personal cars - no city transit available, but Uber & Lyft is availableSTAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a midstay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.- PET FEE $60 per stay, per pet.
