Lounge by the pool or by the ocean. ** Please note...the pool is NOT fenced in. Because of the recent beach nourishment, there is always a wide beach and easy access straight from the yard. The house is a comfortable roomy home with plenty of space for a big family or several couples. The kitchen was recently remodeled with amenities such as a wet bar and a coffee bar, gas stove top, plenty of serving space and a large dining table. Every bedroom has its own, recently renovated, bathroom. There is a total of 8 bedrooms. There are two king bedrooms with outside entrances.The main house has a large upstairs master with king and a balcony and an additional bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and balcony. One bedroom downstairs has 2 double beds. Anither bedroom downstairs has a king size bed. There are two bunk rooms. One has two double beds with 5 twin bunks and a pull out sofa. A smaller bunk room has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. A poolside cabana has a fireplace, TV, comfortable chairs and a picnic table. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It is a great house for families or up to 6 couples. Beach Club and Cloister are accessible by bike or a 1.75 mile walk. Use of Sea Island facilities requires temporary Sea Island Club membership which is availale for extra cost.
