You'll be able to walk to the pools, the beach, and the community sundeck each morning, and easily return home for lunch prepared on the gas grill or in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Sip cold glasses of sweet tea beneath the ceiling fans on the side porch, spend the afternoon people-watching in rocking chairs on the front patio, and catch unforgettable sunsets on the third-level observation deck.What’s nearby:This home is part of the Coast Cottages at St. Simons Island, which sit just a few steps from two pools, a sundeck, and an oceanfront pavilion on the sandy shores of East Beach. When you're not swimming, building sandcastles, or walking the beach at high or low tide, you'll be an easy bike ride (or an an even quicker drive) from the St. Simons Lighthouse Museum and the many attractions of Neptune Park, both of which are less than two miles southwest. Take out a kayak for the morning, tee off at the Seaside Golf Course less than three miles west, and sample a variety of restaurants that await on Ocean Boulevard.Things to knowFree WiFiFull kitchen The beach is walkable at high or low tideThe pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notice is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
