With accommodations for up to 12 guests, the Beach Lawn Cottage will wow visitors with four oceanfront balconies and provides spectacular ocean views and rooftop deck with sweeping 360 degree views!Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!Any group gatherings and events at this property are strictly limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). The large chef-style kitchen is perfectly suited for guests to prepare all of their meals while chatting with guests in the dining room or while watching the game or a movie on the large 55" HD television in the living space. The living room opens up to a large deck area where guests will find a large dining table and chairs to sit back and enjoy the amazing views!With five bedrooms, the Beach Lawn Cottage will have a space for everyone to have their own retreat. The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and offers guests a king size bed, a sitting area, fireplace, wet bar/refrigerator, HD TV, private balcony along with a master bath that will wow guests! The bunk room (Double size bed on bottom, twin upper and a twin trundle bed) offers sleeping space for 4 is located on the 3rd floor as well and even has its own spacious double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. The other three guest rooms and three full bathrooms are located on the first floor, two of which offer King beds with their own oceanfront balcony and a third bedroom offering a Queen size bed. Also on the first floor is a second living room which is the perfect gathering place for guests to watch the game or a movie on the large HD TV with DVD player with tons of room to spread out over two sofas and extra seating.
