Located only 325 yards from the ocean front Coast Cottages Pool Pavilion and beach access, this home will allow guests to have access to some of the best amenities on the island. The Coast Cottages Pool Pavilion offers private gated access to two oceanfront pools, private beach boardwalk access to some of the widest and calmest waters on St. Simons Island. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). The first guest bedroom offers one Queen bed and the second guest bedroom offers two Queen beds. On the second floor, guests will find a wonderful open concept floor plan with a newly updated appliances in the kitchen, a large 55" HD Smart TV, a comfortable living space and plenty of seating around the dining table (6) and bar seating (4). The secondo floor balcony is a great space to enjoy morning coffee of evening cocktails while watching the sunset over the marsh. Enjoy grilling? The new Weber gas grill located on the back side of the cottage will be the perfect spot to grill your catch of the day! The fun spiral staircase will take guests to the third floor balcony with a birds eye view of the marshes below. The primary bedroom suite is located off of the living area and is a wonderful escape featuring a king bed with a en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests.
