Located within walking distance of the beach, the Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming, vacation atmosphere. The community features brick paved streets, an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.Wisteria Cottage, located at 30 Coast Cottage Lane, features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and beautiful coastal decor. This home features quality furnishings, lovely artwork, and hardwood floors.The first level of this beautifully decorated cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath. The master suite is located on the second level, with a full bath and small sitting area.In addition, Wisteria Cottage offers wireless internet, a fireplace, and spacious screened porch. Pets may be accepted for a non-refundable $150 fee.Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day.
