Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.Three Loves Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin that can sleep up to four (4) and offers the following:This property is equipped with security cameras facing the entry areas Upper-level open loft Queen bedroom 32" flat screen Roku TV Full Bedroom on the main level with 32" flat screen TV The main level shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo Great room with gas fireplace (gas fireplace only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st ) Two Story Covered deck with wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1 - Apr 1) Hot tub WIFI Fire Pit Pet-Friendly Racket BallAll of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.
