King size bed and two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and propane grill for grilling. All bedrooms are on the second floor. All cleaning supplies, coffee, and tea including decaf, full size washer and dryer with detergent provided. Free parking,fishing dock outback, smart tv's and free WIFI and hairdryers.Private, quiet, unwind with your favorite beverage at the pool or you can lounge outback on the private deck grilling & chilling by the gas fire pit. Keyless entry code provided prior to check in. You can rent kayaks thru a 3rd party, go fishing off the pier, grill out on the gas grill propane included. Swimming is at your own risk no life guard or life vest. Play backyard cornhole provided or games. You will be located 20 miles to Pensacola beach and 22 miles to Navarre beach 7.5 miles from Pensacola, 10.7 miles to Gulf Breeze and 7 miles to Pace. We provide a cooler and beach umbrella. Bring your own floats and beach chairs. There is a toll bridge to get to Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, and Gulf Breeze. You can also use your Sunpass. You can cook with fully equipped kitchen.
