Welcome to our Sunset House.Relax and enjoy the calm of Serenbe with your family and friends in our Sunset House, in the Crossroads neighborhood of Serenbe. We are an easy walk every wellness amenity that Serenbe has to offer, as well as restaurants, shops, the gym, kids play parks, and the General Store. Crossroads is the smallest hamlet in Serenbe with over 20 miles of nature trails starting immediately outside our unit. Sunset House is an end townhouse set back with a large courtyard between us and the street. There are 3-ensuite bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two twin beds that can be combined to make a King bed, and two on the 3rd floor (one Queen bedroom & one King bedroom). The entire second floor is an open concept living/social space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room. We have a front porch on the first and second floor to relax and watch the sunset, and a screen porch off the kitchen with a dining table and rocking chairs to enjoy a family meal or to relax with a glass of wine and a book. We have two designated parking spots, our driveway underneath the back porch and one spot directly behind the unit. Golf Carts & Bikes. Pro Bike Repairs is just two doors down. Glen rents, sells and repairs bikes! If you’re a cyclist, Chattahoochee Hills is famous for its Silk Sheets Road route, the Dirty Sheets Gravel route and for Mountain Biking in Cochran Mill Park. Amplify Your Ride is a few doors down in the other direction. They sell, maintain, and offer short term rental golf carts. Pets. Pets are part of our families, and therefore we will permit your well trained & mellow dog. We have pine floors though, so their claws must be clipped short! They must be potty trained, absolutely no pee pads, you must be available to take them for walks. The trail behind our unit has a poop bag station for your convenience. Please be aware that Serenbe rules mandate that all dogs are on leash when outside, including on walks in the woods and that ALL waste is to be picked up. There is a dog park in the Selborne neighborhood next to the tennis courts that you are welcome to use if you would like them to run loose. Pets will incur an additional fee.Rentals over 30-days may be offered use of our pool pass. Pool rules prohibit us from allowing this for shorter stay patrons.
