The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, dining area for 8, a great room with a sleeper sofa, stone fireplace, a bedroom (queen) and a full bathroom. The second floor features a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and a second bedroom (queen) and a full bathroom. Lake Hartwell is 56,000 acres where you can enjoy all aspects of water sports, fishing, and swimming. We are minutes from Tugaloo State Park (hiking, miniature golf, volley ball), Harbor Light Marina (boat rental available), the Poplar Springs Boat Launch and historic Lavonia where quaint shops and restaurants offer a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of the city.
