Sitting on a ridge, this remodeled cabin offers cozy comfort, beautiful views, and family fun. The game room has shuffleboard, foosball and a multitude of family board games. See you soon!Space:Mineral Bluff is a small community just outside of Blue Ridge and provides easy access to all the surrounding attractions. Some of the most popular attractions are just minutes away but you feel so secluded at this location. The cabin is surrounded by woods and has a nice view from the main level porch. It is the perfect place to soak in the beauty and fresh air of the mountains.You will arrive via all paved roads up to the cabin. Access to the cabin is from the left side of the porch going to the side facing the view. Entrance will be directly into the open living room and kitchen. The living room has new reclining couches, wood burning fireplace, smart TV and just exudes coziness and comfort. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a table for four, four TV trays and an additional dining table on the lower level. Just off the kitchen is a door to the small gated grassy area for your furry family member.The deck features a seating area, gas grill and small table.There are two queen bedrooms on the main level and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.The lower level is accessible just to the right of the front entrance door. It has two additional bedrooms, one queen and one with two twin bunk beds. The basements tend to be a little colder in the mountains and a great feature are the floor heaters in each room providing additional comfort. There is an additional living area with a couch, smart TV, and dining table. The game room is also located on the lower level. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is just off the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Access to the patio and fire pit area is down the hall past the bedrooms.The owners have put a lot of love and attention to the upgrades of this cabin and also welcome your furry family members. Dogs are limited to two with each being under 40lbs. They respectfully ask that you please crate your furry family member while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture. There is a security camera facing the parking area for your security and the properties protection. No other cameras are on the property or in private spaces.HavenView is a wonderful place to gather as a family, escape the stress and just enjoy being together. It is just minutes from the Appalachian Trail Rides and the famous Project Chimps rescue reserve and all the other major attractions in the area.Access to the property is via all paved roads. The driveway to the property is paved and consists of an incline typical with mountain cabins. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.Trash and Litter:Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:Advanced Disposal: 10169 Lakewood Hwy, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559Advanced Disposal: 44-51, Blue Ridge, GA 30513Quiet time:Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.Smoking Policy:This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
