This gorgeous property features 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms and offers all luxuries guests could want all with a mountain view.Are you looking for that LONG RANGE MOUNTAIN VIEW home with modern furniture & decor? Look no further. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath cabin has all the luxuries you could ask for. The spacious family room has soaring ceilings, wood burning stove and several floor to ceiling windows allowing a phenomenal view of the mountains. The main level has a half bath and King master suite with heated flooring, loft level bedroom hold 2 twin beds, and the terrace level has a queen bedroom master suite. The terrace level also boast a kitchenette and additional den area with another wood burning stove and huge flat screen TV. This home is large enough to house the whole family and still have your own space to relax & unwind. Sunset Ridge is 10 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge. Come see where Sunset Ridge gets its name in the Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Just a short ten-minute drive gives guests access to downtown Blue Ridge where there are restaurants and several retail stores. There are countless miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.Seasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. If you burn through the wood left out for the interior fireplace you will be responsible for purchasing more. Guests are responsible for purchasing the firewood they use in outdoor fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at many local stores and gas stations or you can contact our office to purchase firewood and arrange to have it delivered before your arrival.Bedroom Layout: 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, sleeps 8Bedroom 1: 1 King BedBedroom 2: 1 Queen BedBedroom 3: 2 Twin BedsLoft Area: Sleeper SofabedCabin fireplaces are available seasonally from October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens.
