Conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown McCaysville and the Toccoa river 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. No scary gravel roads to maneuver, paved roads all the way to the driveway. Relax by the outdoor fireplace on one of the many rocking chairs on the wraparound porch in the winter months or unwind in the hot tub. If relaxing isn't your thing, there is a game room on the terrace (basement) level, which has a pool table and dartboard. There's also a lot of board games in the upstairs closet. Or you can give the custom DPL Cornhole boards a try. if you don't play well with others, LOL give the ring game on the porch a try. There is something for everyone, There is a very well-stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. And a new grill for those who like to BBQ.
