The beauty of this property is the access to public land. Public land access is 3.1 miles away, making it the perfect destination for the outdoor enthusiast. Mountain biking, horseback riding, off road vehicles and hiking are just a few of the opportunities this location provides. The wildlife is in abundance. There are mule deer and elk. This area in Southwest Colorado is know for the hunting experience. Big horn sheep are in the canyon. The property is off the grid with a great solar system and we haul the water to our large cistern. You will never lack for comfort in this spacious home.
