Alikon valley, newly built 2024 house with brand new equipments. Relax with the whole family at this newly built, peaceful home to stay. 30 minutes from Hartsfield international Airport, centrally located at the metro Atlanta area. Minutes away from downtown Atlanta. There are 4 bedrooms with walk in closets and 2 full bathrooms upstairs while the main floor consists of half bathroom, kitchen, living room and another living area containing a working space. Furniture, electronics are all newly purchased. This home is close to dining entertainment and the mall.The main bedroom is so huge and spacious consisting of a king bed set, 70 inches TV, a huge walk in closet with hangers. There is an open concept bathroom consisting of shower and bathtub that can conveniently carry 2 people at once. The other 3 rooms share a huge bathroom with a double sink at the end of the hallway. All three rooms have a queen bed set consisting a 58 inches TV, a walk in closet with hangers and both blackout and transparent curtains. Note.. details have been put in to each space of this house.There is a private porch facing the woods and a little lake. Chairs will be placed there soon for relaxation. There is a general pool for everyone in the sub division which will be opened in May. Remember this is a private residential area please keep it cool overthere.
