Two one-person kayaks and two (brand new) paddle boards. Crabs are plentiful right from the dock, two crab pots available. We provide two portable folding tables and accessories for steaming and eating fresh-caught crabs. Dock has holders for two market umbrellas (provided).Newly renovated two bedroom/one bath cottage on one acre lot. Plus, completely rebuilt carriage house with brand new studio apartment and full bath. Studio has a patio with unobstructed view of the water. Main cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, one queen bed and one full. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Full bath is on the first floor. Full-size stacked washer and dryer. Kitchen is well-equipped. Screened-in front porch. Large Smart tv and DVD player with a nice assortment of movies. Free Wifi. The carriage house studio has a queen sleep sofa, full bath, mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig. Large Smart tv and free Wifi. There is also an outdoor shower. Patio has table/chairs and cantilever umbrella.We provide all paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, table napkins and trash bags – 2 sizes). Also provided are cleaning products (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, table/counter spray cleaners). Personal products include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash/scrubbies and bar soaps. House was built by ship builders back in the day! For the hunter, this is a perfect spot to launch the Jon boat for whatever is in season.
