This home is an end unit with windows also facing north for wonderful views of the beach including the Atlantic Ocean and maritime traffic from all over the world passing by to enter the Savannah River's channel.At night the twinkling of lights several miles offshore are actually ships that are anchored offshore awaiting their entry to the Savannah Port. To your left, you also can see Hilton Head's skyline at night…quite a treat. Watch the pilot boats lead the ships from all over the world into and out of port. The international shipping channel is called “Tybee Roads” where the ships come from the Atlantic Ocean before heading down the Savannah River to port with cargo from all over the world. Savannah's port is one of the busiest in the country and a major force of this area's economy.The new upscale furnishings invite you to live in luxury with surround sound in the living area and a large flat screen television in high definition.Relax and enjoy a spacious and well-appointed living area with wood burning fireplace.Dining table for 8 plus a dine on bar for 3. Gourmet kitchen with 2 ovens and built in ice maker at the new bar…all overlooking the beach and ocean. Or you may wish to dine out on your patio or walk from your patio to the beach.BEDROOM 1-The king bedroom with sitting area on the third floor has a TV, private bath with double vanity and oversize bubble jet tub combined with shower. The large balcony has a patio table seating for 4, 2 lounge chairs for sunning and a 6 person hot tub. The views from this bedroom are wonderful and the balcony views are even better!BEDROOM 2-Retreat into 5A Ocean Queen's king suite bedroom on the top (4th) floor with additional seating, television and private balcony.Your private bath has a large dressing area, double vanity and combination shower/tub.BEDROOM 3-The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, television and another private bath. The ocean views are wonderful from the bedroom (3rd floor). The bath has combination shower/bath.BEDROOM 4-The fourth bedroom is on the living room level (2nd floor) of the home. There is a full bath with shower adjoining this queen bedroom with comfortable seating and another television.
