Salty Pause | Charming Cottage, Screened Porch! In need of a Salty Pause? Enjoy a getaway at this affordable single-family with two bedrooms, one bath Tybee vacation cottage built in 1953. This charming home is located only three blocks from the beach,s located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and on a very bike-friendly street. This Tybee cottage has all the amenities you need for a relaxing trip to the beach. The living area is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa and has a 47-inch flat-screen TV and DVD. The dining table can seat up to 6, and you can enjoy outdoor dining with a picnic table on the patio. One of the modern touches included is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. 2 bedrooms share the full bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen bed and a 37-inch flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a Bunk bed with a Double bed on the bottom, a Twin bed on the top, and a 24-inch flat-screen TV and DVD. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower.Outside amenities include a furnished screened porch on the front of the home, a fenced backyard with a furnished patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is complimentary WIFI for your use.
