Featuring luxurious mid-century modern design, private patio, coastal accents, and an unbeatable location between downtown and Tybee Island; this is the perfect getaway with all the comforts of home, and then some.-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.-Modern design with coastal contemporary accents-Formal living room and cozy den for group hangouts-Private outdoor pergola and patio with furnished seating area-Hot tub and private outdoor shower-Indoor kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. -Cozy dining area for larger meals, and kitchen island for casual dining.-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.-Smart TV with streaming capabilities.-Other amenities include WiFi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.Guest Access:The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.The Neighborhood:Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Nearby Savannah State, enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!Getting Around:Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.Interaction with Guests:You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available 24/7 to assist you.
