It features a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square! Guest Access: Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay. Interaction with Guests: We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted. If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space. House Rules:• No smoking• No parties or events• No Pets• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement • The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo IDCheck-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
