Interaction with Guests: We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.Parking: • Parking for 2 Vehicles.• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted. • NO STREET PARKINGHouse Rules:• No smoking• No parties or events• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement • The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.• Credit Card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
