Nestled in the sand dunes and native brush of Seacrest, you'll enjoy the natural, quiet setting this cottage offers. Wonderful pavered streets add a quaint neighborly feel to the homes. Just north of 30-A, you are only steps from the deeded beach access (400 yards!). 4 Beach chairs and beach cart.Primary bedroom: A comfortable king-size bed, 46" Samsung TV, and a private bath with a tun/ shower combo. Guest Bedroom: Pillow-top queen-size bed, new flat screen TV, private bath with shower/bathtub combo. Third bedroom: Two full-size beds with a flat screen TV.Jenn-Air appliances and granite countertops greet you in the kitchen. It is stocked with the essentials you need to get started. A stacked washer and dryer are also provided for you in the laundry room.You will love the open living room with plush furniture to enjoy relaxing after the beach or watching some TV on large screen TV with HD cable channels or streaming with the premium WIFI internet.For the outdoor lovers, you will appreciate the largest screened-in porch Magnolia has to offer.
