This renovation included new bathrooms, furnishings, and an upgrade to the home's front porch making House of Palms a getaway to experience on 30A. House of Palms can accommodate 10 - 12 guests comfortably. The side-entry door brings you into a multi-purpose foyer and hallway bunk area with a twin over twin. Children in this space can utilize one of the first floor full bathrooms. Between the hallway bunk and private bunk room is the junior master with king bed and en suite bathroom. The primary master bedroom rounds out the first floor with its complement of a king bed with French doors leading to a relaxing porch at the front of the property. The open-concept layout of House of Palm's second-floor kitchen, living, and dining room continue the playfully sophisticated feel of the first-floor bedrooms. French doors open onto two separate balconies along the front and side of the property. Here is the perfect place for an early morning coffee or late evening cocktail listening to the rhythmic waves of the Gulf. Guest Experiences at House of Palms: Beach Days (and Nights). Guests at House of Palms have the option of two separate beach accesses. The first is directly across from the neighborhood across 30A at the community's private beach walkover along the eastern side of the Adante condominiums. The second is the Seabreeze Beach Access, a Walton County Public Beach Access less than 2 blocks away. Inquire about beach bonfires or take a flashlight hunt ghost grabs at the edge of the surf. Bike Rides. At House of Palms, the pace is a little slower. Peddle through 30A's unique beach communities, each with their own distinct architecture and style. Pool Party. The Magnolia Cottages By the Sea private community pool provides an alternative to the beach and is a short five houses up the street from House of Palms.
