Located between Alys Beach and Watersound, this beautiful 3 story home offers fantastic gulf views, a private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), and just steps away... deeded beach access. Sandy Knickers is located on a quiet stretch of 30A and within walking and biking distance to the shops and restaurants of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Big Chill in Watersound. The first floor offers two large bedrooms with king-size beds and their own ensuite bathrooms. You will also find a stackable full-size washer and dryer on the first floor. On the second floor, the open floor plan pulls together the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with the balcony access overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area have seating for six at the large dining table and an additional six at the marble peninsula. There is no need to run out for ice or coffee; we have a dedicated coffee station (Cuisinart dual brew) and an ice maker at the wet bar. The living area offers enough seating for the entire family to enjoy each other's company with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating arrangements. A sprawling balcony with outdoor seating right off the living area offers guests beautiful gulf views and a perfect view for watching the kids while they enjoy the use of the private pool. Also on the second floor is the double queen bunk bedroom, which can sleep up to 8 guests and a full bath. Proceed to the third floor, where guests are embraced by a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The third floor is an ensuite with gorgeous views, a king-size bed and a full-size bathroom. All bedrooms and living areas offer a flat-screen Smart (or Roku) tv. The first floor back bedroom includes direct access to the spectacular private pool, while the third floor bedroom offers direct access to the spectacular gulf views.
