The living area is furnished with cushy seating and an HDTV. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating. The unit sleeps 8 guests. Resort and community views from the balcony invite you to relax and sit awhile. The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed, and the bunk room offers a full over full bunk bed. All bedrooms have HDTVs. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.Experience the best of Miramar Beach at #A203 Alerio!***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax.
