This delightful 3BR-2BA Alerio corner condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and features a walk-out patio for privacy and relaxation. The interior is designed in coastal style with brilliant hues of blue and green reflecting the colors of the Gulf. The living space is furnished with comfy seating and offers a queen sleeper sofa. The highlight is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless appliances. Guests will enjoy meals served in the dining area with table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4. Our master suite is designed with a king bed (featuring a Tempur-Pedic mattress), an HDTV and plenty of closet space. The adjoining master bath offers a double sink vanity, a bathtub, separate shower, and a private water closet. Down the hallway is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and another guest bedroom with a queen bed. The hallway bathroom serves both guest bedrooms. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer, pack n play and complimentary WiFi. We invite you to spend a little time at our awesome beach vacation spot….. Alerio #B101! ***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax.
