Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!
