The well-equipped kitchen has enough counter space and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a double sofa bed, loveseat, and chair, along with a 42” TV, DVD player, and CD stereo system. The dining room table seats six, but if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers an extra dining area. There are tiled floors throughout the entire retreat and you can also find a washer/dryer. The main and guest bedrooms each have a 32” TV and DVD player. If you are looking for a comfortable unit with unforgettable views of the Gulf, then 503D at The Beach House is where you'll want to stay! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person).This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.THINGS TO KNOWThere’s an elevator availableSeasonal beach service is included from March to October.Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
