Coastal elegance permeates the open-concept living/dining space while large sliding glass doors invite the outdoors in. Cook and dine in relaxed luxury in the beautifully appointed kitchen, a lovely environment for serving up your favorite meals. Generous counters and cabinets are handy, particularly if you need additional room to store a few staples. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a spacious living room, with plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table inside or dine alfresco on the private balcony. Enjoy blissful sleep in the master suite with a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony. Two twin beds in the guest suite and a sleeper sofa in the living room will ensure everyone gets a good night's rest.Hang out at the outdoor pools, relax in the hot tub, and grab a book from the library before a late afternoon catnap. Get in a quick workout at the on-site fitness center, followed by a delicious meal prepared on the outdoor grills. On those nights you want to get out, spend the evening at The Village of Baytowne Wharf, an entertainment district with shopping, dining, entertainment, and fun events for the whole family!Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.Special Notes:· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
