Alerio’s amenities include: -Less than 100 feet to the beach access - Wonderful hot tub (my favorite!) - Lovely (seasonally) heated and rainbow lit pool - Convenient entrance to the beach just across the street. - Seasonal beach service of two chairs and an umbrella (March through October) -Gated parking with security and designated parking spot (only one parking space per unit during high season. November through February is open parking) -Keypad entry into property from sidewalks - Walking distance to Chick-fil-a, The Surf Hut restaurant, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Alvin’s Island, and several other restaurants and shops - A short drive into Destin, Sandestin and the beaches of 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, Rosemary, Santa Rosa) -community grills *Enjoy not having to wait on the elevator as we are only on the 2nd floor of a 4 story complex near the stairs*Discount for bookings of 7+nights* Free WIFI* Fully stocked kitchen* Washer & dryer in the vacation home* Community pool and hot tub * *PARKING: There is 1 parking space available per property during high season, March - October. Off season, November - February is open parking. No boats or RV's can be parked at Alerio.
