This is an affordable place to be with a 5 minute walk to a Rosemary Beach square and 5 min walk to the beach (thru Winston LN). The condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, elevators are easily accessible next to the unit's entrance. There is a gym available for your use in the same building, a viewing terrace on the rooftop with beautiful views of the Gulf. Big Bad Breakfast available in the same complex (building 2). It’s considered one of the best breakfast spots in Inlet and Rosemary Beach.
