A light, airy and contemporary style will help you relax and feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Tranquil tones create a calming environment in the open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Highlighted by palm tree inspired splashes of green and coastal themed art, the beach house atmosphere is present throughout. Plush furniture and state of the art electronics make the living room a comfortable place to stretch out and relax; an additional living area on the second floor landing is a perfect spot for movie watching or game playing. After a busy day of crusin' the dunes you can retreat to one of the 4 tranquilly decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor featuring a grand king size bed and an ensuite bath with a zero entry shower, great for those with mobility constraints. Upstairs there is a secondary master with king size bed and ensuite bath. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with two full size beds and two sets of triple bunks, respectively. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with double vanties and walk-in shower. Features like central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable television, and a full size washer and dryer provide the convieneces of home. And, in the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and plenty of functional workspace. At mealtime, the dining area has space for six, and if you need some extra place settings, the kitchen’s breakfast bar can fit four more.In terms of things to do near this home, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Florida’s famed Scenic Highway 30A is just a short walk or bike ride away. Sit down for a taste of authentic Florida fare at a gulf front eatery or grab an ice cream as you sight-see in the popular coastal town of Seaside, where Jim Carey’s “The Truman Show” was filmed. A kayak or stand-up paddleboard excursion to one of the areas coastal dune lakes, known for its rich wildlife and unparalleled ecosystem, is a must.
