Seven Palms is a two-level home in Dune Allen Beach on 30A, perfect for beach vacationers looking for a secluded getaway to paradise. The home boasts a wraparound balcony, a 30'x12' private pool, a spillover hot tub, and incredible living accommodations. The pool and spa offer the perfect place to relax during the cooler times of the year as this home includes complimentary pool heat. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and accommodations for 15 beach-loving guests.Upon arrival, you will immediately be impressed with the lush landscaping of palm trees and tropical plants. The flora encircles the home, back patio, and pool, creating a private retreat for guests. Inside, the home combines beach chic and modern luxury for an upscale but laidback vibe. The main living area is located on the second level. It boasts an entire wall of windows and glass doors that lead to a wraparound balcony. The balcony is fully furnished, featuring a wooden dining table, outdoor couches and chairs, and a grill. The modern living area includes a chic sectional and two accent chairs, which face a floating entertainment center and TV. A dedicated work desk sits on one side of the living area, while two bucket chairs and a round table make up an intimate seating ensemble on the other side. The kitchen and dining area are characterized by a contemporary style. The hardwood dining table is flanked by bench seating and two chairs. White stools provide extra seating at the adjacent kitchen island. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes sleek black cabinetry, a patterned backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, a wet bar, and quartz countertops.A bonus living room is located on the first floor.
