The main pool at the marina is indeed open as well as all the other amenities outside of the Beach Club. The Beach Club, which holds an additional pool and beach access, is closed. There is a public beach access point open the same distance from the unit as the beach club was, roughly a 5 minute walk. A timeline is currently unknown for when the beach club is reopening. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.This beautifully furnished condo is conveniently located in the Harbor Village complex. The spacious master suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has two adorable twin size beds, television, and lovely waterfront views. The fully stocked kitchen provides an open floor plan to enjoy company while preparing meals. This condo also has its own laundry room completed with a washer and dryer. The attractively furnished living room leads into the expansive outside sitting area with breathtaking riverfront views.To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license.
