Enjoy your next oceanfront vacation in this beautiful 1st floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, which boasts a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean in quiet Ponce Inlet. Watch the sunrise from your own private ground-floor deck facing the ocean and the quiet 'no traffic' beach. Be on the lookout for dolphins playing in the surf! And turtle lovers, take note: The beach is a preservation area for sea turtles native to the area, so you have the chance on your early morning walk to catch a glimpse of these delightful creatures or (more likely) their nests. But wait, there's more! Need a quick snack or easy dinner without the hassle of driving there? We've got that covered, too. The famous 'North Turn' restaurant is just 20 feet away. All you need to do is walk across the parking lot and you've arrived, ready to order lunch, dinner or just enjoy drinks with friends or family either inside this well air-conditioned venue, or on the outside deck, where you can the feel the sun and ocean breeze, while listening to live music in the late afternoon or evening. Inside your unit, you'll have access to the same high-quality amenities that have delighted so many other vacationers over the years. (Read the customer reviews here.) First, if you're vacationing with someone who is wheelchair bound and/or who has difficulty with stairs, this is the condo for you. Just steps away from the parking lot and restaurant, the ground-floor unit delivers ease, accessibility and above all, peace of mind for vacationers with special needs. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan and a 37in SMART (Netflix, Hulu, Prime movies) HDMI TV and DVD player and a huge walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom provide a beach-front view and access to the lanai deck, where a beautiful sunrise is yours to behold. The master bedroom also features a private bathroom and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two full beds, which allows you to fit up to four people comfortably. Just off the guest bedroom in the hallway is a private bathroom with a tub/shower. There are plenty of umbrellas and chairs in the unit, along with beach toys and (for a nominal charge) two beach bicycles located in front of the parking spot assigned to your condo. The well-stocked kitchen includes all new appliances (stove, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer), a ceiling fan and garbage disposal, along with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender (for those Margaritas!), pots, pans, dishes and utensils. While the spacious dining room table seats six, three more people can sit at the kitchen counter to chat with the cook while meals are being prepared. The living room features a 48in SMART (Netflix, Hulu, Prime movies) 4k HDMI TV and DVD player, along with a comfy couch and chairs that are perfect for taking in a view of the pristine Atlantic Ocean. In the mood for entertaining? You can reserve the East Winds recreation room (and its kitchen) for special occasions. And of course, every day you can enjoy the Oceanside heated lap pool that has been newly resurfaced and complemented with brand new lounge and pool chairs. Although you may not want to leave your beautiful unit, the beach or the pool, it's worth noting that you're just minutes away from Daytona shopping and local entertainment. Overall, the value for the price, the convenience and the amenities associated with this condo unit are second to none.
