Family-friendly Southpoint Condo 705 is on the pristine no-drive beach of Ponce Inlet, FL. Wake up to sunshine over the ocean. Watch dolphins and other wildlife from your balcony or go for a swim in the heated pool. Walk on the lovely beach.All linens are provided. Kitchen has all you need to prepare your own food. Dining out is fun at one of the many quaint, local restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Visit the historic lighthouse or the marine rescue center just minutes away. Covered parking is included with your condo rental.Our condo came through the storms Ian and Nicole with no damage, and our views of the ocean are spectacular. The heated pool is in good shape also. However, our private boardwalks/stairs from our parking garage to the beach were damaged. Our HOA has hired a contractor who has begun repairing our boardwalks/stairs. One of our stairs to the beach has been rebuilt. The others are in progress.
