This newly renovated condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of as much (or as little) as your vacation-state-of-mind desires. Sleeps 4 adults plus kids.The space• The building underwent some major repairs/updates in 2020-2021• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2021 (down to the studs)• All tv’s are wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The great room tv is tilt-able and also has basic cable with OnDemand options• The dining room table seats 6 plus an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen island• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need• The main bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, drawers as well has hangers in the closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower• The guest room offers a queen-sized bed on the bottom and 2 twin bunk beds above. The hall bath, with bathtub, offers direct access into this room, creating a second “suite” if desired.• You’ll find a washer/dryer upfront in the hall closet• Beach chairs and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)Guest accessYou will have full access to the entire unit and amenities, including the heated pool, BBQ area, and picnic tables. Take advantage of the covered parking on ground floor or find additional parking on the 1st floor. The parking lot is directly in front of the building.Walk to a nearby restaurant/bar or take a short drive to a plethora of others. Need to stock up? You’ll find grocery stores, liquor stores, and beach shops nearby. Looking for something to do? You’ll be less than 3 miles to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, the Marie Science Center, and shops that rent kayaks, paddleboards, ect. Take a boat tour to see manatee, dolphins, or to do some deep sea fishing.Other things to noteLocated south of Daytona, “the World’s Most Famous Beach”, and the quiet town of Daytona Beach Shores and north of New Smyrna Beach, is the tranquil town of Ponce Inlet.
