Daytona beach or new Smyrna beach, just 30-45 minutes.Modern conveniences (Publix, Walmart, Target etc.) just miles away.Just minutes from Blue Springs state park, where manatees gather in the cooler waters during January & February.Check out nearby towns DeLand & Sanford , which have some good breweries.Celery City, Deviant Wolfe, Wops & Hops, Tuffy’s bar, Central 28 brewery, Blue Springs brewery.Don’t miss Another broken egg in Sanford for breakfast, but make a reservation!For authentic Mexican try Mi Terria with great specials each day.Riverfront Pizzareia & Brewery and Blue Springs pizza are two of my favorite spots. Close access to St John’s River with the St John’s Rivership compamy with the Barbalee lunch & dinner excursion, also you can rent kayaks.Close to Black Hammack airboat rides.Note: Lawn care company comes every Friday morning at 7:00 am - 8:00 am.Please note: there is a smoke, fire, and security system in the house. There is a camera lens on it but it DOES NOT have the ability to record and is NOT a recording device.
